Overview
What Is InnoFlot?
InnoFlot is a flotation retrofit for legacy dissolved air flotation (DAF) units. It uses the same core technology that makes our InnoCyclone systems run so efficiently, and applies it to the DAF you already have.
InnoFlot preconditions the wastewater so the flocculated material floats faster, 2 to 4 times faster. Faster float means the same tank can handle more flow, with better separation and clarified water at the outlet.
No second DAF. No bigger building. A compact skid, installed alongside your existing system with low disruption.
The Problem. Many food and industrial plants run a DAF that was sized years ago. Production has grown since then, and the DAF has become the bottleneck: carryover at peak flow, sewer surcharges, and no room to expand. A second DAF means major capital, space and downtime. InnoFlot gets more out of the tank you already own.

How It Works

Coagulation and Flocculation
Your existing coagulant and polymer program stays in place. Solids are destabilized and gathered into floc, as they are today.

Charged Bubble Preconditioning
The InnoFlot skid introduces charged bubbles into the wastewater after flocculation. This is the same core technology used in the InnoCyclone.
