How It Works

Coagulant Injection
A coagulant (such as alum or ferric chloride) is precision-dosed into the incoming wastewater stream, destabilizing suspended particles and initiating floc formation.

Polymer Addition
Polymer is introduced to agglomerate the micro-flocs into larger, stronger structures that are easier to separate from the water.

The InnoCyclone System
The InnoCyclone system is a complete wastewater clarification solution featuring a separation unit (1), mixing stand (2), chemical skid with coagulant, polymer & InnoFloc dosing pumps (3), and PLC automation (4). This setup includes a raw water inlet (5), clear underflow discharge (6), and sludge discharge (7).
