Technology

How It Works

1

Coagulant Injection

A coagulant (such as alum or ferric chloride) is precision-dosed into the incoming wastewater stream, destabilizing suspended particles and initiating floc formation.

2

Polymer Addition

Polymer is introduced to agglomerate the micro-flocs into larger, stronger structures that are easier to separate from the water.

3

InnoFloc Injection

The tailored InnoFloc solution is injected, inducing the formation of microbubbles that entrap the flocs. These buoyant flocs rise rapidly to the water’s surface.

4

Separation Without Filtration

The conditioned wastewater enters the InnoCyclone unit. Clean water exits at the bottom; thickened sludge overflows at the top. No filter. No skimmer.
